Background on Michael Koh of Koh Investments:

Michael Koh is the Founder and CEO of Koh Inversiones (Koh Investments). Michael has often been called a visionary by locals and foreigners alike for his foresight on the real estate market and his investment activities within Argentina. He was the largest buyer of residential real estate in Buenos Aires from 2003 to 2010. Under his leadership, Michael spearheads operations, provides strategic direction in alignment with bottom-line factors, and oversees long-term planning, global investment management, & marketing activities. Michael also demonstrates expertise in real estate development, complex financial transactions, as well as corporate and financial advisory services.

Koh Inversiones has helped finance, purchase, and provided consulting on some of the premier real estate projects in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Their firm has been involved with real estate development, property management, asset management and all aspects of construction.

Michael proudly call himself an Entrepreneur and has successfully founded, managed, and operated several multi-million dollar companies over the past 20+ years. His latest real estate start-up, fypio (rebranded as OpenHouse), he founded and built into a multi-million dollar company within 18 months, when it was acquired in June 2015. Quicken Loans went on to acquire the technology and software the fypio team built in January 2017.
