- [1:09] By 2004, Charles had three franchise businesses when he decided to do something different. He was reading a book called Multiple Streams of Income by Robert Allen, which influenced this idea.
- [3:29] Charles sold one of his properties and businesses for almost two million dollars, which he considers a good decision.
- [6:21] Ecommerce has always intrigued Charles, which made him decide to make it as one of his projects.
- [7:32] Franchising is another interest that Charles wanted to pursue. Instead of being a franchisee, he wanted to become the franchisor.
- [10:34] From 2004 to 2006, Charles started the AutoParts Network.
- [11:50] With the help of Charles’ new system, the company he partnered with grew its sales from $15 million to $100 million.
- [15:03] By 2007, Tint World started to gain traction and make more money. He invested heavily in the technology of this business, which allowed it to grow quickly.
- [22:32] According to Charles, having a good home life can affect your growth and focus in business. He also talks about hiring the right people.
- [25:49] Charles shares how he operates and manages his large and fast-paced company.
- [30:55] When a CEO found out that Charles did not go to college, he was suddenly ignored. It was a truly hurtful experience for Charles but it motivated him to succeed and earn more money than that person.

- [44:43] In 2006, he wanted to find a mentor who can help improve his franchise business.
- [49:43] The COO of Tint World is his right-hand man who fully understands Charles and his business model.
- [50:46] Their plan is to open up 300 stores by 2025. Currently, they have 79 stores open.
