Being a teacher at heart, Chris calls himself the Dean at OneMonth.com. He is also the Adjunct Professor at Columbia University and currently the host of the On Books podcast and Learn to Code Podcast.

- [0:07] Christopher Castiglione is a teacher at heart and is the co-founder and dean at One Month. He teaches people about coding in a fun way.

- [30:35] There were a lot of challenges of growing the company in the early days.
- [33:54] Using the word βfamilyβ within the company became very toxic for Chris and his co-founder.
