Background on Seth Bacon of Trinity Air Medical:

Seth Bacon founded Trinity Air Medical in 2013 after a successful career in the fire service. In 2015 the organization began providing health care transportation logistics specifically to transplant centers and Organ Procurement Organizations.

Today, Trinity Air Medical is recognized as an industry leader in the transplant community and has appeared four times consecutively on the Inc 5000 list of fastest growing US companies. Seth is a member of Inc. Masters, Phoenix Business Journal Leadership Trust and active with several charitable boards.

  • [2:49] Seth Bacon, from Arizona, is the founder and CEO of Trinity Air Medical, which started in 2013. They are a healthcare transportation logistics organization that takes care of the transportation of organ transplant teams across the country.
  • [6:13]The idea of Trinity Air started in 2011 when Seth was working as a flight paramedic and he witnessed the hardships of a patient and families being flown through an air ambulance.
  • [10:51] From being a firefighter, Seth made a huge transition into the medical business.
  • [12:41] During their first year, they reached the six-figure mark revenue, which got Seth excited for the business. However, their revenue stayed the same in their second and third year.

  • [22:40] When he was in his late thirties, Seth was sitting back in his office feeling that his professional life was incomplete and he contemplated having his own business.
