Meghan Tarmey is the Owner and Founder of The Caddy Group, which is formerly known as The Caddy Girls. During college, she was bartending when she was invited to become a caddy at the local golf course. This turned into an aha moment for Meghan and she decided to continue and grow this business and make it profitable. Her stint with Shark Tank was also a tremendous help that resulted in the early success of The Caddy Group. With all the tons of experience in the golfing industry and from her other side hustles, she is now a strong business development professional, skilled in Sales, Event Management, Talent Staffing, Fundraising, Marketing, and Strategic Planning.

The Caddy Group or TCG specializes in providing fun, golf knowledgeable fore caddies for everyday outings, charity tournaments, and corporate events. Aside from golf caddying, their talented team can be contracted as bartenders, atmosphere models, trade show talent, and event hostesses. They also offer golf packaging in various markets and consulting for charity golf tournaments, as they have over 1,000 events under their belt. Their core values as an agency are aligned with giving back and philanthropy.
