Background on Adam Robinson with Hireology:

Adam Robinson is the Co-founder and CEO of Hireology, where he's on a mission to assist business owners to make better hiring decisions by means of predictive data and innovative technology. He is a renowned recruiting industry expert, speaker, and author with 20 years of experience in the field of hiring and selection management.

Under his leadership, Hireology has been recognized nationally by Entrepreneur magazine as a “Top Company Culture” and by Crain's Chicago Business as a “Best Places to Work” for both Millennials and GenX. In 2015 he was added to the Chicago Tribune's Blue Network, a listing of Chicago's most influential entrepreneurs and innovators, and named a “Top 25 HR Industry Game Changer Under 40” by Workforce magazine.

Adam is very passionate about entrepreneurship, donating time to a number of organizations that support the entrepreneurial cause. Through multiple leadership roles at Entrepreneurs Organization, he has helped to develop and launch programs that teach core business skills to early-stage entrepreneurs and beginners around the world.

  • [27:31] In 2009, he quit his job and started a new company that sold interview guides on the internet using adwords.
  • [28:30] He made a blog and wrote about interview guides.
  • [30:20] He and his friends collaborated on creating a new business that eventually became Hireology.
