Key Point from the Interview:

  • “One thing I’m able to do is stay focused and work hard when it’s not sexy and when you’re not getting rewarded. Everything is all great when people are patting you on the back and saying great job and you’re getting the admiration from people but do you have the ability to focus and work hard when it’s not fun. When you’re not getting or seeing the results or seeing your bank account grow. Are you able to work hard and stay disciplined when it’s not sexy and it’s not fun. And it really does boil down to work ethic.”
